We were contacted by a well known firm of Architects in Cardiff who were looking for a quality Walnut board. We made up some sample boards with a few options we could supply and they decided that our Blueridge American Black Walnut 150mm x 15mm Engineered floor would give them the luxurious feel they were looking for.

For ease of maintenance and the ability to refresh worn areas easily during the lifetime of the floor, the Architects wanted an oiled finish. We were able to specify this as a factory finish thereby eliminating a very time consuming and costly process if finished on-site by a flooring contractor.

Initially we supplied and delivered 600m2 to the Cardiff site which was installed and commissioned without any problems. From contact with the Main Contractor we established that all parties were very happy with both Blue Evolution's service and the finished article. We have subsequently supplied a further 700m2 of the same product for a new build Raddison Hotel in Bristol.
