When purchasing from the Blue Evolution website, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:
Delivery Policy.
While we promise to make every effort ensure that all items shown for sale in our on-line shop are in stock we offer no guarantee of availability and this electronic publication does not constitute an offer for sale. Goods will normally be delivered between the hours of 8am and 5.30pm, Monday to Friday, within 4 to 5 working days of placing your order. Unfortunately we are unable to provide a ‘preferred delivery day’ option when you place your order online. You may have a very specific delivery requirement and if you let us know in good time then we will endeavour to accommodate your request. Please note that we may pass on any associated delivery charges for this service at cost.
We use a third party delivery company, and as such the drivers are unfortunately unable to move the goods inside for you. They are only able to deliver flooring products to the outside of your home.
For flooring deliveries and heavy packages the driver may require assistance unloading. Please ensure that access is good and suitable for a large lorry or van and that suitable unloading equipment is available as necessary. If a delivery is attempted, and is unable to be delivered due to width or weight restriction, and you have not informed us, you may be charged for re-delivery. In the event that you are not available to provide a signature on the pre-arranged date then you may be charged for re-delivery.
Prices and VAT
When you purchase goods from our online shop standard postage and packaging charges will be included automatically at time of payment. For large or multiple orders please contact us directly and we will reimburse you the difference between the cost and what you paid us if applicable. Some remote parts of the UK or Ireland may incur an extra charge for delivery, but we will contact you about this before hand. The amount you pay will include VAT at the prevailing rate.
Cancellations and Returns
(Applicable for Internet Sales only). In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations 2000 you have the right to cancel your order up to 7 days after you receive the goods even if there is nothing wrong with them.
To cancel your order you must inform us either by letter or email to : info@blue-evolution.com . We will arrange with you for the goods to be collected from the delivery address and will then refund the total amount paid for the goods, less the cost incurred by us for collection (the 3rd party delivery company’s charge with depend on the size of your order) and a standard restocking fee of £15.00. All goods must be re-packed as they were received. Refunds will be made to the payment card that was initially used to make the purchase within 30 days of cancellation.
Damaged or Faulty Goods
We make every effort to ensure that your goods are delivered in perfect condition. Please make sure that you check your goods immediately on delivery as no claims with regard to damaged or missing items can be made once the driver has left the delivery address, unless the delivery note is signed and issue is noted at time of delivery. Goods refused on delivery that are found to be undamaged on return to us will incur the return delivery charge where applicable. In the unlikely event that some of your goods are damaged we will collect and replace the product. Any claims must be made within 7 days of receipt of goods
Damaged or faulty goods must be reported to us immediately, either by phone or email: info@blue-evolution.com. Please ensure your have your delivery reference number when you contact us.
Product Guarantee
All goods for purchased on-line are covered by standard manufacturers warranty under current UK legislation.
When it comes to flooring we aim to provide an exemplary service to our customers and won’t disappear the moment there is a problem. However, flooring is a natural product which can be affected by environment and other factors. Incorrect or inappropriate fitting or use may affect your guarantee.
Colours
The colour of goods may vary slightly from that shown on the website due to limitations of browser software and monitors.

Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages and expenses (including legal fees), arising out of your use of this site.
Jurisdiction
The Contract will be governed by the laws of England and Wales and the parties to the Contract submit to the jurisdiction of the English Courts.
Consumer Rights
These Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory consumer rights.
